The Department is fully equipped with various laboratories as given below to conduct various practicals / experiments / projects / as per the curricula of different subjects being taught for electrical engg. :-

1. Electrical Machines Lab.
2. E.T. Lab.
3. Electonics Lab.
4. Electrical Workshop.

Further the department has adequate facilities for designing and fabricating of single-phase transformer, choke coils, voltage stabilizers , electronic fan regulators etc.The provision for assembling of transistors, radios , receivers , tape recorders , record player ,stereo amplifier and digital clock etc. also exists.The department is in a very good position to carry out repairs & maintenance of various electrical devices and appliances.Also the expertise for designing electrical installation of residences & commercial building is available.The responsibility of the department includes electrical maintenance of Institute and hostel building.



The students passing out from deptt. have been employed in good organizations and some have also made the transition from being the employee to becoming the employer.
